Believe it or not, having a good breakfast can make or break your day. Most people don’t normally realize the importance of this meal but make it a regular habit and you will see the difference.

Vegetable Dalia:

Vegetable Dalia is Indian food for weight reduction due to its dietary fiber content. Good for winter mornings when you need something warm to start your mornings with.

Rice Idli

Feel the goodness of rice idlis. Idli is a popular South Indian food that you can enjoy in any course of your meal. From breakfast to dinner. This idli is a soft puff of rice and a healthy treat due to its lightness and nutritional content. It is said to be light as it contains no fats, saturated fats.

Moong Dal Cheela

Moong Dal contains fiber that helps one to stay satiated for long. These factors make Moong Dal an effective option for weight loss. This is where you can include Moong Dal Cheela in your breakfast as it is not only tasty but also nutritious.

Sprouts Salad

Sprouts salad is a healthy snack or side dish along with your poached or boiled eggs. Filled with dietary fiber and vitamins & minerals, sprout salad is a good choice to add in your breakfast.

Poha

This Maharashtrian delicacy is extremely high in carbohydrates, proteins, fibers, and fats. Due to the addition of chilies and peanuts, it provides the perfect crunch for you to eat down and satisfy your tongue. Particularly, if you are on your weight loss regime.

Paneer Bhurji
